Community Giving Foundation began as a health-conversion in 1999, and transitioned to a regional community foundation in 2003, serving 5 counties in the Central Susquehanna area. The Foundation identifies regional and local needs and opportunities through a data-driven lens, serving as a resource for donors, nonprofits, and all those who want to make a difference in their community.
